Course Overview
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialized knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions. They may also have accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters, and perform work that is complex, requiring strategic planning, decision-making, and an understanding of organizational dynamics.
Students will explore essential leadership and management topics through case studies and real-world applications relevant to the Australian industry. The course includes immersive, hands-on training that focuses on strategic planning, team leadership, organizational development, and effective communication. Students will also develop key problem-solving skills and gain experience in consultation and collaboration, preparing them to lead teams and projects in diverse organizational settings.
